Hello! I'm a recent graduate from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Computer Science. I love exploring the intersections between design and tech for social good to design products and user experiences aimed to empower and uplift folks from diverse communities with different experiences.
While I have interests in design and tech, I have decided to focus on other hobbies and passions that also make me happy.
My experiences with design and product research have shaped me to become the UX designer I am right now and want to grow into in the future.
June 2021 - August 2021
I was a design fellow for the National Institutes of Environmental Health Sciences where I worked on conducting user research on how to streamline internal processes in the organization and provide user centric recommendations on how to resolve pain points within their current flow.
August 2020 - June 2021
I was a UX Design Lead for Commit the Change, UCI, a student organization with the motto "Tech with Purpose". My team's project was partnered with the nonprofit organization Waymakers, and we designed a volunteer dashboard/inventory management system, which will help internal organization processes become more efficient, saving them time to focus more on their advocacy work.
September 2020 - December 2020
I interned at Curicular, an edtech startup whose mission is to make the college admissions process more affordable and accessible for high school students. I was 1 of 4 UX Design interns, and our work mainly consisted of redesigning the company website, thus enhancing the user experience and making the business more profit.
April 2020 - July 2020
My first real-world experience in a product team was becoming a Product Research Intern for the company. My work consisted of collecting data related to the product and analyzing the information in order to understand user behaviors and trends and using this data in order to improve the user experience with the WEBTOON app and make the company more profit.
